error building gnorpm-0.9

gnorpm is puking out on me, here's what I get.

So, anybody know what I'm missing?  FYI, this is a 'rpm --rebuild
gnorpm-0.9-1.src.rpm' on a RH6.1 box with all of the updates that RH had
made available 2 weeks ago, and my home built RPMs for all of the gnome
