ORBit on a OSF system

Hello.
 
 im trying to compile ORBit 5.1 on an alpha OSF4.0f system
 when make i get the folowing message:
 
 orbit-idl-compiler/orbit-idl --noskels

 *** Exit 1
 
 
 are there any chances to get orbit compile over here?...
