installing Evolution...

Trying to compile & install Evolution, I also wanted to get Oaf, since I
understand that this will replace Goad.

So far so good, but Oaf-configure fails when it looks for popt. I have
libpopt.a installed in /usr/lib (and even got the latest version from the
Redhat site), but not the dynamic library files. I suppose that is the
problem? But how do I get them to be made? Is there an option I should set
on popt-configure (--enable-dynamic, maybe)?
