Open contents with gedit

Hi..  I know it has to do with the mime types... but have had no luck
with different settings I have tried.

I want to double click in a file (say a text file with no extension,
i.e. 'letter_to_my_friend') in gmc and be opened with gedit instead of
gmc asking me what app to run it through everytime.  If I right click
the file and select 'edit' it does open gedit.  But I want to just
double click on it.  Thanks.

Running latest rpms.



































Gnome is GREAT... that is my story and I am sticking to it.
