gnome-libs-1.2.4 still not available on ftp.gnome.org

Hi all ("to whom it may concern"),

the subject pretty much says it all -- the tarball of 1.2.4 still isn't at
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/gnome-libs. I know that you
can check it out of CVS, but it is better to have "one official tarball".

Anyone in the according position, please do fix this.
