Compile glitches with bonobo-0.6

Compilation failed in ./components, ./samples, ./gshell and ./tests
because bonobo.h could not be found.

Adding it with -I to the INCLUDES = section in each of the Makefiles
seemed to fix things.

This is on Solaris 2.6.
