Gnome I18N

Hi all,
I am using the october GNOME version in the Linux box with Brasilian
Portuguese language, however, some GNOME apps, like GNOME Terminal,
doesn't show some translations ( Settings for example). The .po files
have the correct translations, how do i fix this?
