gnome-network ???

I'm looking for a ppp utility under gnome and i think i've found it: Gnome-PPP.
But unfortunately I can not find the source.  In is web site
(http://www.serv.net/~jpaint/gnomeppp.html), the author speaks about
a Gnome-Network package but i found nothing about it.
