Netscape and latest gnome...

No matter what I do, whenever I run Netscape in gnome, when I go to
exit netscape some copy of it hangs around in memory causing me
problems.  What can I do to stop this??!?!?

I am running the latest GNOME rpms off the ftp site (downloaded
yesterday) and netscape 4.6 with icewm.

HELP!  This is my last little bugaboo I need to work out on my gnome desktop.
