gnome-core 1.1.3cvs "Stubborn Bonobo" on the ftp

Hello,

A snapshot release of gnome-core has been made.  This is in order for
us to have a higher quality version on the GUADEC CD, and because I
like uploading tarballs over our modem.

This release (I think) includes both user and developer documentation.
Although this documentation is incomplete, it is a step forward and I
wanted it to get on the CD.

Also, the button-freezing thing should be fixed in this release.
