Off topic RH help request

I have tried several times to subscribe to the RH install list with out
success

The address I am using is: redhat-install-list-request@redhat.com
       Subject                   is: subscribe
       Body                       is: subscribe

I also tried
       Subject                   is: subscribe sotl155360@earthlink.net
       Body                       is: subscribe sotl155360@earthlink.net

Does anybody know if this is correct? If it is not could you send me the
correct procedure.
