cursor automatically changes desktop

Hello all, I am having a problem. when I go to put my cursor on my taskbar
at the bottom of the screen, if I go too far off the screen it
automatically changes desktops, same thing goes for the right edge of the
screen. how do I disable this. I have checked my window manager for
enlightment and everything and cannot find anything.
