gmc issue

i'm noticed in my taskbar that gmc shows up several times..like 7
times....????

i'm guessing this is the "reason" why it takes gmc sooooooooooooo long
to load....a full 10 seconds....that can't be right...if it is i guess
I need a different one :)LOL
