WISH for next version

It will be great if under $HOME/.gnome* no file contains
absolute pathname to the $HOME.
I mean that it a user has a HOME=/home/the_user we can't find
/home/the_user/.gnome.. n any file under $HOME/.gnome*

Why: to make easy management of skeletons by sysadm
How:
a) every path begining by the relative .gnome*/.. is supposed
to be $HOME/.gnome*/...
b) manage the string $HOME/ in these file
