I have looked at their pages extensively. They use both the layer tag and
the div tag. It supports absolute positioning on both netscape and ie,
but, if you turn off javascript, it looks very bad. That is what it looks
like to most browsers. I suggest that if you want to do flashy stuff,
while also being able to support other browsers better, have a look at
BLADE (http://www.thestuff.net/bob/projects/blade). It will allow you to
create a flashy netscape/ie only theme, and still have a theme for
lynx/gtkhtml/kfm and the others.
