GdkPixbuf 0.2 is released

Hello, lovers of shared libraries,

I have just released version 0.2 of GdkPixbuf.  There are no changes
from the previous version except updated libtool scripts.  We
apologize for the inconvenience that 0.1's old scripts may have
caused.
