GCombust stopped working

Its probably related to gtk 1.2.5, but as soon as installed all of gnome-1.0.40 for gcombust, the tab names disappeared, and the fields for placing autio files/data files along with all the buttons on those fields seem to have disppeared.
Anyone else experience this?
