I know that.  I'm a Debian user (and to be a developer) and I love its
BTS very much.  :)

But the feature seems to be worked only when XXXX@bugs.gnome.org is
placed at "To:", not "Cc:".  AFAIK, the original bugs.debian.org
doesn't do like that.
