WindowMaker troubles inside of gnome

hello,
ever since i upgraded either WindowMaker or gnome(cannot remember which)
every time i right click on the title bar=>attributes=>Application
Specific and click the No Application Icon then Apply and then Save.
it doesn't save it next time i open up that particular application!  And
the icon appears as soon as the app opens up.  I wonder why it doesn't
remember "no application icon"??
