Gnome Print 0.10 released

Hello guys,

   New release of gnome-print is out, this time, 0.10

   This version is just a robustness release, and it fixes a number of
problems reported by people on the mailing lists (specially dealing
with printing of 8-bit chars).

   Pretty much all the fixes are from Super Hacker Morten Welinder.
More translations are available as well.

Stuff:

	* All code made const-correct (Morten)

	* Handle failures greacefully and report them back to app (Morten).

	* Handle non-ascii characters (Morten)

	* Bunch of memory leak fixes (Morten).
