no, I didn't ( - I'm still very newbie). I took the rpm's from the suse (I'
using Suse 6.2) that installed smoothly on my other machine and thought I
could expect them to install likewise. Maybe it's the Matrox G400 that is
causing the trouble? I'll see if anything changes after updating to
Xfree3.3.5 ...
