I've written one, but it's not finished and I've very little time to do it at
the moment. It can make imageclasses, soundclasses, cursor classes and
colourmodifiers (it was written before Raster disabled them). And it's got the
beginning to make borderclasses, and a special Gtk Truetype font widget for
whenever I do textclasses.

and upload it somewhere.
