Re: Gnome PPP dial-up problems



my ISP is Compuserve and I downloaded a text file called Kppp-Cis.txt or 
something like that, from the Linux forum, I followed the instructions and 
it worked 1st time.  Previously I used to get pppd daemon died after it made 
the connection.

Try getting a file from your ISP, someone else must be using Linux and 
getting connected with your ISP too.  Basically my instructions talked me 
through creating the script part of the KPPP setup (Expect and Send 
commands).
