Well, the following have not worked:
fqdn port
fqdn,port
fqdn:port
http://fqdn:port/
ip port
ip,port
ip:port
http://ip:port/
What else can I try with gtcd 1.0.51? Is anyone else using
gtcd through a firewall and a web proxy?
