gtcd proxy port

Hello,

I'm behind a firewall so I have to use HTTP to access CDDB in
gtcd.  Recently, a proxy's been made mandatory.  How do I
specify the port number to use on the proxy?

I've tried proxy.my.domain:port# but that didn't work.  I'd
appreciate some help or pointers to the information.  Thanks a
lot.
