Problem with stock buttons

Hi,

I don't know whether this is the right place for describing my problem,
because I wrote a gtk+ Application with the usage of stock buttons.
Damon Chaplin (GLADE) gave me the advice to contact the gnome mailing list.

What is my problem:

I wrote a small gtk+ application using gnome stock buttons. If I start the
app, it crashes with the error msg:

        IMLIB ERROR: Cannot allocate XImage buffer

        Gdk-CRITICAL **: file gdkwindow.c: line 1406 (gdk_window_get_visual): assertion `window != N
        ULL' failed.
        Memory fault(coredump)
