GNOME_STABLE tag in CVS

Yesterday I did a stupid mistake.

I did download the GNOME_STABLE(gnome-libs) cvs version.
And today I saw this version is from 0.99.x branch

Please remove the tag I don't see any reason to have it there
if it points to an old gnome version....
