copying panels(NEWBIE)

Hello,
I've made a great panel, with the right buttons on it,... and now an other
user on the system wants to use it. How can I give him a "copy" of my
panel? I tried to copy all the files in .gnome/panel.d/default , but this
didn't work. Comments? (and maybe the same question for copying menu's, ...)
