Created LIBGTOP_STABLE_1_0 branch in CVS

Hello guys,

This mail is only interesting for people who are using LibGTop from CVS and
who are not interested in LibGTop development.

If you're using LibGTop from CVS, please use the LIBGTOP_STABLE_1_0 branch -
it will remain stable and 100% binary compatible to LibGTop 1.0.1 which came
with GNOME 1.0; only real bug fixes will go in.

The main trunk is currently under development and may be a bit unstable, new
features will go in, structures will get fields added and removed, return values
of functions will be changed and so on ...

So please use the LIBGTOP_STABLE_1_0 branch if you're not a developer.

* To get a fresh copy from CVS:

	cvs checkout -r LIBGTOP_STABLE_1_0

* To update your existing copy (you only need to do this once):

	cvs update -r LIBGTOP_STABLE_1_0

For people who are using tarballs:

* I'll make a LibGTop 1.0.2 release this evening and then periodically release
LibGTop 1.0.x tarballs as new bug fixes get in.

* The HEAD currently has version 1.1.0 and there will be 1.1.x tarballs which
  are developer versions.

* This also means that the next major version will be 1.2.0 ... but this will
still take a few months ...
