Workaround for gtcd and pixmaped gtk themes

First in a non-pixmaped gtk theme open gtcd and select preferences... 
Choose 'start playing' on Startup and 'stop playing' on exit... close
it... change to whatever freaking gtk theme you want and open gtcd...  
This doesn't open a gtcd tall window for me anymore...
