Where do I find libcapplet.so?

I installed gnome from the latest redhat rpm files this week. When I try to
use e-conf, I get the so error can't load libcapplet.so. I probably missed
one of the rpm's, but doing eyeball scans, I can't figure out which one it
might have been. Can somebody tell me which rpm libcapplet.so is packaged in?
