This is not a hack on GNOME but more for my own in site. First and foremost I have found that GNOME seems to be really slow running I'm sure that this is something that is Just because of the Newness of it, but I want to be sure that it is not something that I have done on installing it. Second when it first launches up on a fresh boot I get tons of windows Popping up one warning about possible damage because I'm logged in as the root and the other being the Directory listing. I get about 10 of each window. The third thing that I have a question on is that I seem to lock up every time I run my Netscape browser. I just want to know if these are known issues or are these something that I'm doing wrong??
