bad specs

Guys, please, gnome-libs 1.0.3 has a gnome-libs 1.0.2 spec file ! It wont
even build rpms.
In the future, please give out a test release of things to some people, have
them check for problems, and if there are none, then release it. It would
make things go alot smoother...
Also a note to the rpm builders, please submit whatever spec changes back
into cvs.
