E with Gnome BUG

Clicking Ctrl-Alt-Home to rearrange windows causes my Panel drawer to
suddenly appear at the upper left of the screen.  After a few moments
it disappears, but this is just weird.  Interestingly, it only happens
if I have the Panel drawer closed, not if it is opened.
