gtkicq/gnomeicu?

  Hi.  I've noticed that it's been a while since GtkICQ was updated.  In
addition, a new module seems to be in CVS, GnomeICU, which is labeled as
"the project formerly known as GtkICQ".  Is GtkICQ now deprecated and
unmaintained?  What's the status of these two projects?
