Hi Rai,

the reason is that you don t have glib installed on your system try rpm
-qi glib , If the answer is "glib not installed" and that you are sure
it is because you build it instead of install it from RPMs you may try
installing by doing 
rpm -Uvh --nodeps (however it may leads to undesired results so be
careful.
