/lib/cpp?

I'm trying to install WindowMaker to use GNOME but I get the following problem
with the RPM's, it's unsatisfied because I don't have "/lib/cpp" what is this
and do I have to install something to get it?  Pardon the stupid question but
I'm new to this thing.... :)
