As far as I know, nobody does daily RPM snapshots.  However, Jim Pick has
daily tarball snapshots at ftp://ftp.jimpick.com/pub/gnome/snap.  If all
goes well, you can turn these into RPMs with "rpm -ta", which will (in 
theory) take the tarball, make a source RPM for it, compile the source RPM
on your system into a binary RPM, and give you both source and binary.
Check the rpm man pages (under BUILD OPTIONS), for more information.
