enlightenment themes?

alright....I'm almost positive this is the wrong place for this...
but someone mentioned it a bit ago...
I want to edit the enlightenment theme I have, and I can't 'cause it's
in .etheme format.
someone said to untar it, but it's not in tar format...
any hints/help?
