Yes, they do not want nor do. They complain. They call the tech. They pay or
keep the things broken. And sometimes they even do not call the correct tech
phone (why do you call the satellite service when the problem is with the
local stations?).

Those who do not want to learn deserve the problems they have. And I am not
just speaking about Gnome or computers. All, from history knowledge to
health problems due lack of exercise. If you want you do, or at least try.

No personal offenses to anybody, but please try to work some time in a tech
support or speak with one tech guy. Stories (if true) show you the reality,
and experiences even better.

IMHO computers are like cars, you know how to fix them or someone else fix
them. Cars are even more complicated than years ago, cpus, precision systems
etc.
