what is gtk-docZ

hello all

the gnome faq says that we should install a package "gtk-doc".  note this
isn't "gtk" or "gtk+", but "gtk-doc".

i've been the gnome mirrors and ftp.gimp.org, and have been having a hard
time finding this package.

can someone please tell me where to find it?
