GNOME translation status.

Hello guys,

  Some GNOME package translations have not been updated in quite a
while, and so users of various countries are not getting the best
GNOME experience in their native language.

  To see a daily-status report on the system, please check this web
page:

   Basically, English and Norwegian users get the best, French, German
and Spanish are second and the rest has a very old translation.
