Problem compiling Balsa

Hello,

I just upgraded to RedHat 6.0, and I'm trying to compile Balsa (I
downloaded the source for RedHat).  However, when I run configure, I get
the error message:

configure: error: *** libPropList not found.  Please check
http://www.balsa.net for information on the required files.

I've checked the Balsa web site, and I haven't been able to find any
reference to libPropList.  Am I missing something on the web site?  What
do I need to install in order to compile this?  Is there an RPM version
of Balsa for RedHat 6 floating around somewhere?  Thanks.
