In my Netscape preferences?  How does that enter the picture when I do

Help|Manual

in the gnome calendar?

In any case, I see that in the Control Center|URL Handlers the
default is 

default gnome-moz-remote --newin "%s"

but the next line is 

ghelp gnome-help-browser "%s"

and I thought all the Help menus will call ghelp.
