Nope, this is the list. Unfortunately it's very high traffic, so if the
person who knows the answer to your question isn't looking right then your
message rapidly scrolls down and disappears. Just repost; be patient. :-)
Be sure to be as specific as possible and include lots of information and
your chances go up. Remember everyone's a volunteer, and we're just a bit
understaffed. (If you have money you can of course buy support, but I'm
sure you don't want to do that. :-)

It's also OK to ask user questions on the user list for your Linux
distribution most likely.
