[ANNOUNCE]: RPMs for Glade version 0.5.0

I didn't find any rpms for glade version 0.5.0. I made some and put
them here:

if anybody else would like one.

The patches of 06/28/1999 have been applied. Note this version is
considered unstable by the author.
