Announcing silly applet.

Hi people,

I have hacked up a rather useless but cute applet: a minipiano that
plays sounds with esound.  Get it here:

Btw, something that would be very useful: A gnome-hello kind of thing,
but for applets, i.e. an example how to do an applet and distribute it
separately from gnome-core.
