libgtop error

Subject: libgtop error

Upon trying to compile libgtop-0.99.2, I receive the following:

	*** The dc utility was not found on your system.
	***
	*** When using RedHat Linux, you need to install the bc package.
	***

It says it's looking for dc but I should install bc (typo?), so which is it looking for and where can I get it? Thanks.
