Is there any CVS mirror of cvs.gnome.org in Europe?

I've found that downloading gnome from cvs.gnome.org from italy is very,
very slow...... almost 1 hour to bring down glib & gtk+ daily
changes....
Is there a cvs mirror in Europe or is there any plan to bring up some
mirrors?

P.s.: mirrors should be for downloading cvs module only....
