gnome-libs will work with either version 1.8 and 1.9

It is just outputing a warning if Imlib 1.9 is not there.  

But it will work just fine with Imlib 1.8 (the code is there to work
like this, as I have a machine running Imlib 1.8 and one running 1.9
for testing purposes).
